Our Ohana

Our staff consists mostly of Kama’aina born and raised here on the islands who understand the community and culture. We understand that “opala” (waste/garbage/rubbish/trash) is something most people really don’t care to think about. Fortunately, we are passionate about what we do and our job is to educate our customers, provide them with solutions and provide a mutually beneficial partnership with open communication. I cant begin to express how much I appreciate Aloha Waste Systems of Honolulu, their amazing professionalism, and accommodations they made for our family. By far one the best experiences weve had with a business! Sasha in particular found a way to service our needs and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to make accommodations for our evolving situation. I can honestly say I have no complaints about this business, their staff, or the service they provide. If any family or friends of mine are in need of this type of service, without a doubt, I would recommend Aloha Waste Systems of Honolulu. I called this company near closing hours and Sasha made every effort to reach out to her driver, made arrangements for drop off, and had the dumpster parked in my driveway shortly after. The driver himself was also very professional and knowledgeable. He made adjustments as he parked the dumpster and checked the positioning of the dumpster multiple times to be sure it was parked safely in my driveway. "Really needed to get trash out of my moms house before we sold it. Due to the pandemic, the other companies did not have too much selections on sizes because people were renovating their homes. I was able to find this company and gave it a shot. Their prices were great and the sales coordinator Sasha was able to assist me in choosing the right size.
