If you need to terminate service, we’ll work with you to complete our service commitment to you until our relationship ends.
If you need to suspend service due to temporary closures, you must contact our office to notify us of the closure. Otherwise, we’ll continue to service your account and you will be billed accordingly.

A: Click here for a list of equipment and sizes available as well as estimated measurements. Call the office at (808) 237-8000 to speak to a sales representative for a free quote.

Q: What happens if my service is missed?
A: We strive to be efficient and provide our customers high-quality service all the time, however, we’re human, and mistakes do occur. If we happen to miss your container on your regularly scheduled day (not including holidays that could delay service by one day), please call us immediately so that we can service your bin. If you don’t let us know, we can’t make it right.
We can credit your account for a missed service, but you need to call us within two (2) business days of the missed pickup date. Otherwise, we consider services rendered and no credit will be due.

Q: What do I do if my container is damaged?
A: We realize that every once in a while, your containers may need a bit of maintenance. Call Customer Service at (808) 237-8000 to request repair or replacement. If the damage is due to normal wear and tear, we’ll repair or replace for free. However, if the damage seems to be a result of a willful act to the cart, you will be charged a replacement fee.
